A reusable skill that takes raw email thread content and produces a concise, structured summary. It identifies: open action items by person, decisions already made, and unresolved blockers. Output format is configurable (markdown bullets, JSON, or plain prose). Designed for integration into inbox-management agents and meeting-prep workflows.
The skill uses a two-pass prompting strategy. The first pass extracts raw facts: who said what, when, and in response to what. The second pass synthesizes those facts into a structured output using a strict output schema, ensuring the LLM cannot hallucinate names or action items not present in the source thread.
