A workflow that runs after a release tag is pushed and automatically generates a formatted changelog by analyzing all merged PRs since the previous tag. Groups changes by type (features, fixes, breaking changes), links to authors and PRs, and publishes directly to GitHub Releases.
Triggered by a `push` event on tags matching `v*`. Fetches all merged PRs since the previous release tag using the GitHub GraphQL API. Classifies each PR by its conventional commit prefix or label set. Generates structured markdown using a Handlebars template (fully customizable). Optionally publishes the draft release automatically.
